Sweetgrass

Sweetgrass can be burned after smudging or burning herbs with which a room can be purified, for example white sage.
The room is then cleaned and can now be positively charged with this delicious sweetish scent. Sweetgrass is known as the grass that never dies.
Braid length = 12cm The braid is lit on one side, after which you blow out the flame and walk around in the room. This spreads the positive energy throughout the entire room. When you're done, you can douse the Sweetgrass braid on the Abalone shell, or cut with scissors just behind the smoldering end (watch out for sparks that can be released) and rinse them underwater before throwing them in the trash. ; )
While burning, make sure the room is well ventilated and that you don't inhale the smoke too much.
